- Not: Use had + V3 to show one past action happened before another past action.
- Not: Use before/after/by the time correctly in stories.

- Form: had + V3 for all subjects (I had left, they had eaten).
- Not: The earlier action takes past perfect; the later action stays in past simple.
- TR: Once olan had + V3, sonra olan normal past simple.

- TR: Ozne ne olursa olsun had degismez.

- Tuzak 1 — Using past perfect for a single past event: ❌
I had seen him yesterday.→ ✅I saw him yesterday. - TR: Tek olay varsa past simple yeter; iki olay karsilastirmasi lazim.
- Tuzak 2 — Putting both verbs in past perfect: ❌
When I had arrived, the train had left.→ ✅When I arrived, the train had left. - TR: Sadece once olan had alir, digeri past simple kalir.
- Tuzak 3 — After + past perfect confusion:

After I finished, I had gone home. (mixing without need) - ✅ Doğru:
After I finished, I went home. / I had finished before I went home. - Not: After I had finished = bitirdikten sonra (correct).
- TR: after zaten sirayi gosterir; had'i gereksiz yere ikinci fiile koyma.
